If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your home, we are here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and protective covers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
